Procheck takes on the compliance burden for your business. One annual contract covers all your life safety inspection obligations. Procheck schedules every visit, issues every report and stores every record. You focus on running your business.
Procheck currently holds contracts with a 38-branch nationwide auto repair and tyre company, a Sligo construction company, a Leitrim laboratory, a Westport food and catering business and a Foxford construction company. One contract handles every site.
What Procheck Commits To
Every contract client receives the following as standard:
- Quote provided within one working day of enquiry.
- Annual visit scheduled to suit your timetable, confirmed in writing.
- All inspections carried out by a competent person to the relevant Irish standard or regulation.
- All reports and certificates issued on completion of inspection.
- All records stored in Procheck Hub, accessible at any time for HSA inspections, insurance queries or internal audits.
- Renewal reminder issued before your annual date so nothing lapses.
- Direct contact with Procheck throughout, not a call centre.
Bundle two or more services and Procheck applies a 10% discount across the full contract. The price stays fixed for 12 months. Monthly payment is available on request.
What the Contract Can Include
Each contract is built around what your premises requires under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007. Services available include:
- PAT testing — written report and certificate issued on completion of inspection. Required under Regulation 81.
- Fire extinguisher service to I.S. 291:2015+A1:2022. Full written service record issued.
- Fire door inspection to BS 8214:2016. Independent written report. Procheck does not sell or install fire doors.
- Ladder inspection every 6 months under Regulation 119. GA3 report issued on completion.
- Harness and lanyard inspection under Regulation 119. GA3 report issued on completion.
- MEWP inspection under Regulation 25. GA1 report issued on completion.
Who It Suits
The contract suits any Irish business carrying two or more statutory inspection obligations. It is particularly suited to businesses currently managing separate providers, separate due dates and separate invoices for their compliance inspections.
Procheck serves clients nationwide from a base in Co. Mayo. Sectors currently on contract include construction, food and catering, laboratory and testing, automotive and multi-site retail.
